Kimball Junction
Located at the Interchange of Interstate
80 and Highway 224, Kimball Junction is the main through
way to Park City's ski resorts and Old Town District. The
immediate area mostly consists of retail shopping and dining,
but also has banking institutions, movie theaters, hotel
accommodations, gas stations and residential housing.
Redstone Town Center
The new Redstone Town Center combines a turn of the century
architectural style, pedestrian friendly Main Street and
modern parking amenities to create a unique and interesting
shopping environment. This 220,000 square foot open-air
development that unites retail, office and residential
space along a Main Street and Town Square. Redstone is
the primary retail and office component of the town center
at the Kimball Junction Interchange and will serve as the
focal point for commercial and social activity in the town
center.

- The Factory Stores at Park City located
one mile from Redstone, contains approximately 240,000
square feet of outlet retail.
- Park City Mountain Resort®, Deer Valley® Resort and The Canyons®

ski jump, bobsled and luge venues, is located immediately
west of Redstone within a 5-minute drive.
- The 700-acre Swaner Nature Preserve is located
immediately south and east of
Redstone. Designed to preserve and restore a unique eco-system in the Park City
area, the Swaner Nature Preserve will attract tens of thousands of visitors annually.
