Deer Valley® Resort Information
In 1980Deer Valley® Resort® Resort opens at the site of the old Snow Park area. Deer Valley® Resort has consistently ranked in the top 3 ski resorts in North America by Ski Magazine and has recaptured the coveted #1 ranking for 2006. Exceptional customer service, consistent quality and attention to every detail are all part of the Deer Valley® Resort experience. And our four mountains, offering a wide variety of terrain types, allow guests more than ample opportunity to indulge in our 350 annual inches of light, dry Utah powder. It was host to the 2002 Winter Olympic games and featured slalom, combined slalom, aerial, and mogul events.

Real Estate
Deer Valley® Resort has four distinct geographical regions which are often refered to when talking about location of communites.

These regions are Lower Deer Valley® Resort, Upper Deer Valley® Resort, Deer Crest and Flagstaff Mountain. In terms of proximity to the nearest part ofDeer Valley® Resort® Resorts ski area, Snow Park is located in lower Deer Valley® Resort and Silver Lake Village Ski Area is located in Upper Deer Valley® Resort.

Snow Park
Snow Park is the Deer Valley® Resort base area and is in close proximity to downtown Historic Main Street, which is just 1 mile from the Lodge.

Silver Lake Village
The Silver Lake area is a European village, located mid-mountain approximately 3.2 miles from the Snow Park base area.

Deer Crest
Deer Crest is on the east facing side of Deer Valley® Resort. It has incredible views of the Jordanelle Reservoir and has direct access to I-40 to Heber, Park City, or Salt Lake City via the Mayflower exit off I-40. Deer Crest is priviledged to have private ski runs that serve only the homeowners. Deer Valley® Resort's gondola is based at the bottom of Deer Crest and carries passengers to the top of the Deer Crest area.
